PMPG Polish Media S.A. announces establishment of a company in Switzerland and changes in the Management Board. Katarzyna Gintrowska – appointed a President of the Board of PMPG Polskie Media S.A. Ilona Weiss – appointed a Chairman of the Board, CEO of B-8 International AG

The Management Board of PMPG Polskie Media S.A. has established a joint stock company under the name B-8 International AG with its seat in Zug, Switzerland. The established company aims to continue work related to the signed letter of intent on cooperation with Quadtalent Europe Limited (a subsidiary of Quadtalent Technology) and North Summit Capital GP Limited regarding the construction of new technology platforms with an international scope. Therefore, it was decided to separate the competences and entrust the management of key operations: in Poland - to Katarzyna Gintrowska, and of international business - to Ilona Weiss.

Ilona Weiss was appointed the Chairman of the Board and CEO of B-8 International AG. In order to perform this role she has resigned today from the position of the President of the Management board of PMPG Polskie Media S.A. Besides Ms Weiss on the managing body of B-8 International AG also sit: Fabian Kar Ping Wong from North Summit Capital GP Limited, Yeming Wang from Quadtalent Europe Limited and Michał M. Lisiecki - founder and majority shareholder of PMPG Polskie Media S.A..

At the same time, at today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of PMPG Polskie Media S.A. appointed as of April 1st, for the position of the President of the Management Board of PMPG Polskie Media S.A. Ms Katarzyna Gintrowska, manager associated with the company from the beginning of its existence. She joins Jolanta Kloc, vice president for financial affairs, who also sit on the PMPG board.

Katarzyna Gintrowska

Co-founder of the PMPG Group from its beginnings in 1998. She performed many different roles in the Group: i.a. she was editor-in-chief of the magazine Dlaczego, managing director of the media and agency department of BTL Point Group, general director of AWR Wprost, vice-president of Platforma Mediowa Point Group, vice-president of the Supervisory Board of PMPG S.A.
